This class will introduce a four-element system for understanding patterns of balance and imbalance in the body. We will trace a lineage from the Ancient Greeks to today, and layer healing systems over one another to examine points of connection. We will discuss the meaning and practice of constitutional medicine, and learn tools for identifying constitutions and some herbal affinities and correspondences. This will be the first of a two-part class on Western Energetics (you may sign up for one or both!)
